Bridges of the Butte is a peer-to-peer fundraiser for the Adaptive Sports Center. During this four-hour townie takeover, participants in their craziest costumes meander across all the bridges in Crested Butte to help raise funds to provide affordable lessons, state-of-the-art equipment, and highly trained instructors in many disciplines and disability adaptions. Michael has raised generous amounts over the years during Bridges of the Butte and we are so grateful for his tremendous support. This year, his goal is to raise $100,000 during his historic ride. Schedule of Events TBD- Crested Butte South Ride: Join us in Crested Butte South to build some pre-event stoke! Meet in front of the Crested Butte Dental office for games, short townie laps, bib pickup, and in-person registration. September 8: - Registration & Farmers Market (10am-Noon): Swing by Base Camp to pick up your bib or register in person, then browse the nearby Farmer's Market, or decorate your bike at base camp! - Ready, Set, GO! (Noon-4pm): Start at base camp (3rd & Elk Ave), then ride laps around our Crested Butte course, crossing bridges throughout town and enjoying the start of our fall colors. The last lap, where all riders go out together, starts at 3:45. - Awards Ceremony & After-Party (4pm-6pm): Join us at base camp for food, drink, and prizes!
