What led you to join the ASC team? A degree path that changed from Physical Therapy to Recreational Therapy was one of the best decisions I ever made! I began working in the outdoor and adaptive realm in 1993 and was lucky enough to get my foot in the door at the ASC as an Instructor and Equipment Manager in 1999. My CTRS qualification opened others doors to coordinating more and more projects and eventually that became a Director position in 2004. 2. What is your favorite part about working for the ASC? That’s easy – the Mission, the People and the Location. 3. What is a fun fact about you? I grew up in Colorado Springs and was lucky enough to learn to ski in Crested Butte in 1973 – this is the early roots of my Ski, Bike, Climb mindset (or…maybe obsession?).
