Adaptive Mountain Biking World Championships SAVE THE DATE: September 5 - 7, 2025 | Crested Butte Mountain Resort & Lower Loop The Adaptive Mountain Biking World Championship seeks to create a competitive environment for all adaptive mountain bikers across a wide variety of riding styles and equipment selections. Hosted on Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Lower Loop in town, the race weekend highlights some of the area’s riding with trails that will challenge even the most experienced riders. Each stage tests a different set of skills, from climbing prowess to cross country loops to technical descending and climbing. Each day of racing provides riders with the opportunity to meet new people and grow their riding community with riders from across the country. During this four-hour townie takeover, participants in their craziest costumes meander across all the bridges in Crested Butte to help raise funds to provide affordable lessons, state-of-the-art equipment, and highly trained instructors in many disciplines and disability adaptions.
