Hometown: Stone Ridge, New York College and Degree: University of Vermont Favorite Quote: I do not have a quote but if I did I think it would be from the movie Shrek. How did you come to work at the ASC? I moved to Crested Butte at the beginning of 2023 and was ski-bumming it a little. I kept seeing the adaptive sports jackets on the instructors and the participants. I thought that was the greatest thing, combining my love for outdoor sports and helping others. It is in my mind the perfect mix. So I saw a job opening in the paper and thought, “Why not?” What is your favorite part about working for the ASC? Seeing the impact and hearing the stories of participants. It definitely makes me feel like my day-to-day is worth it for the positivity it brings the participants. And the people who work at Adaptive are super fun too. What’s a fun fact about you? I am very good at pogo-sticking I can do it for hours, do tricks, and play some basketball on a pogo stick.
